PICNIC IN THE PARK ALABAMA begin at noon July 16 at the Geraldine Town Park. Entertainment will be provided by Backwoods Revival, chosen generation, Pat Upton Country Case and a variety of great local talent. There will be great food, traditional pit-cooked barbecue plates 1/2-chicken. $ 8 per ticket plate can be purchased in advance at City Hall. It will be black and pinto beans pot corn bread, hot dogs and other tasty eats. Arts and crafts booths are welcome. There will be eating contest with cash prizes and competitions photogenic.
